1. Who we are
PocketBull ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered platform that helps investors build a systematic investing routine. We are not a registered financial advisor, broker, or investment manager.
2. Information we collect
When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- Your OAuth provider identifier
When you use PocketBull, we also store:
- Your investment cycle preferences and risk profile
- Investment amounts you manually enter (for tracking only)
- Your credit balance and transaction history
- Suggestion history from our AI engine
3. How we use your information
- To personalise your investment suggestions
- To track your portfolio growth and streaks
- To send you payday cycle reminders and suggestions via email
- To manage your credit balance
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your data for purposes other than operating PocketBull.
4. Data storage
Your data is stored securely in encrypted cloud infrastructure. All connections use TLS encryption. Access controls ensure you can only access your own data.
5. Email communications
By creating an account you agree to receive:
- A welcome email with your redemption key
- Payday cycle suggestions (based on your schedule)
- Credit balance alerts
You may pause or cancel your cycle at any time from your dashboard. This stops suggestion emails.
6. Third-party services
- Sign-in providers (Google / Microsoft) — for authentication only
- Market data providers — for live pricing information
- AI services — for generating educational suggestions
- Email delivery services — for transactional emails
- Cloud database and infrastructure — for secure data storage
None of these providers receive your financial data beyond what is required to operate the service.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal information is removed within 30 days. Financial transaction records are retained for up to 5 years for legal and compliance purposes. You can delete your account directly from Settings at any time.
8. Children and minors
PocketBull is designed for young investors with parental guidance. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. Parent accounts are available for minors.

- Request deletion of your account
