1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a PocketBull account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. What PocketBull is
PocketBull is an AI-powered investment platform that:
- Provides AI-generated investment suggestions to support your decision-making
- Tracks investment habits and streaks you record manually
- Sends payday reminders and market context emails
PocketBull is NOT:
- A registered investment advisor or broker
- A trading platform — we never execute trades
- Responsible for financial gains or losses
3. Credits system
- New accounts receive starter credits via redemption key
- Each cycle consumes 1 credit
- Credits never expire
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Credits are tied to your email and cannot be transferred except via parent-to-child sharing, or gifting to other users within the platform
4. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for all investment decisions you make
- You must be 18 or older, or have parental consent
- You must provide accurate information during onboarding
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the platform
5. No financial advice
All suggestions generated by PocketBull are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or recommendations to buy or sell any security. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
6. Limitation of liability
PocketBull and its operators shall not be liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from use of this platform. Use of PocketBull is entirely at your own risk.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of PocketBull after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
